Major Employment Development and EV Charging Station Approved In Birmingham

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve successfully secured planning permission for a major hybrid planning application in Erdington, Birmingham, on behalf of our client Chancerygate. Full Planning Permission has been granted for 298,000 sq ft of employment space (Class B2, B8 & Eg iii). Outline Planning Permission has been granted for an ultra-fast electric vehicle charging station, including up to two retail units (Class E a and E b), and this element will be delivered by the West Midlands Combined Authority.
