Acting for Bowsall Developments Ltd we have helped secure full planning permission for the redevelopment of Hirons Garden Centre in the Perry Bar area of Birmingham for 19 affordable homes.

The application (which was submitted jointly with Citizen Housing Group Ltd) was validated 6 April 2022 and approved on 6 July 2022.  A comprehensive application package was prepared and through negotiations with Birmingham City Council we were able to secure prompt approval of our client’s proposals with minimal conditions thereby paving the way for the timely delivery of much needed affordable housing in the City.
