Hourigan Planning start 2023 with exciting news of outline planning permission being granted by Medway Council for up to 100 dwellings at Hoo St. Werburgh, Medway, Kent.  This is the second outline planning permission we have helped secure in the village for major residential development on behalf of Dean Lewis Estates; this latest scheme being located on undeveloped land designated as open countryside and lying outside the confines of the village.

Working alongside Prime Transport, FPCR, Enzygo, Wardell Armstrong, RPS, KB Ecology and Air Quality Consultants we were able to convince the Council that a high-quality development could be delivered that deals with all technical matters and which would outweigh the loss of this parcel of countryside which also comprises Best and Most Versatile agricultural land.
