New era in commercial development in Trafford Park

A site in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester is well on the way to getting a new lease of life following the recent grant of full planning permission for nearly 11,500 sq. m. (123,000 sq. ft.) of new industrial floorspace for our client UK Logistics Trafford Limited.  

Working closely with the Trafford Council, the planning application was validated quickly and determined within 4 months which will enable our client to start work on site in early 2023.  During the course of the application Hourigan Planning maintained an open and positive dialogue with Officers at the Council, enabling us to deal with any issues effectively and efficiently. 

The redevelopment of this prominent site on Barton Dock Road in Trafford Park not only result in a significant amount of new employment development but will also make a positive contribution to the appearance of this prominent location.
