Hourigan Planning is preparing a planning application on behalf of H3CG Oldham Limited in relation to Plot 2000, Lydia Becker Way, Broadway Green, Foxdenton, Oldham. The application is for the provision of 18 high-quality employment units to be used as either Use Class B2 (general industrial), B8 (storage and distribution) and/or E(g)(iii) (light industrial).  This follows a similar employment development recently completed by the same developer further west on the site known as Plot 3000 also on Lydia Becker Way.

We are now undertaking a period of consultation on the draft proposals so that neighbours and businesses have an opportunity to engage in the process prior to a planning application being submitted.

Comments received will be used to inform and refine the planning application before it is submitted to Oldham Council.  When the planning application has been submitted, the Council will notify surrounding residents and other interested parties as part of their own statutory consultation process.  You will then have a further opportunity to submit formal comments on the proposals directly to the Council.
