Hourigan Planning is preparing a full planning application on behalf of CB Adlington Investment LLP for a site located at Adlington Business Park, London Road.

The proposals are for an employment development comprising Class B2, B8 and E(g)(iii) units, associated parking, landscaping and infrastructure We are now undertaking consultation on the draft proposals so that businesses and neighbours near the site have an opportunity to engage in the process prior to a formal planning application being submitted.

Comments received will be used to inform and refine the full planning application before it is submitted to Cheshire East Council.
