Hourigan Planning is preparing a planning application on behalf of Stewart Milne Homes North West Ltd for a proposed residential scheme on circa 5 hectares of previously developed land at Offerton Quarry known locally as Offerton Sand and Gravel.  The proposals also involve the restoration of circa 20 hectares of the Quarry providing significant new planting and landscaping and allowing public access to the restored area.
